Westby Utilities is municipally owned and maintains an electric distribution system that services over 1,200 customers in the City of Westby.
Water Department
Water is vital to our community, and we are fortunate in Westby to have a high-quality water supply. There are two deep wells in Westby reaching down to depths of approximately 1,100 feet. The water is treated and tested regularly to ensure Westby residents and businesses continue to receive a safe and plentiful water supply.
